Nitin Rao | Founder
Nitin Rao is a soon-to-graduate college senior and Class Representative to the Students Union at the National Institute of Technology Karnataka (NIT-K) Surathkal, India. An alumnus of the StartingBloc Fellowship (London Business School, 2007), Nitin’s interests lie at the intersection of economics, business and development. He has been involved in strategy for The Spark Group, an MIT education startup. As the only Asian Staff Writer for NextBillion.net - Development Through Enterprise, Nitin analyzes sustainable business models aimed at the world’s poorest citizens. Nitin has written papers on Indian education accepted by MIT International Review and the Harvard Project for Asian & International Relations Harvard On-Campus Conference, and has been selected to attend the St. Gallen Symposium in Switzerland. Nitin recently founded Engineers for Social Impact, a unique fellowship program to connect the best engineering talent to the most credible social enterprises that drive market-based solutions to development.

Muhamed Sanaulla | Editor & Lead - Tech-Fests
Muhamed Sanaulla is a II year undergraduate student at National Institute of Technology - Karnataka - Surathkal, India pursuing B.Tech degree in Information Technology. His academic interests include Object Oriented Programming in Java and C#, Database Management, and Unix Programming. He also enjoys playing basketball, collecting stamps and maintaining a scrapbook of interesting articles.

Rohit Ahuja | Blogger - Tech-Fests
Rohit Ahuja is an undergraduate third year Electrical and Electronics engineering student from M.V.S.R Engineering College,Hyderabad. His key interests include VLSI design, Mat lab, Oracle And Renewable Energy resources. He is an active Member of Renewable energy club in his college. His interests also include acting in plays, taking part in debates, extempores, and group discussions. He believes in doing things that is beneficial to the society.

Vishnu Nair | Lead - Marketing & Publicity
Vishnu Nair is a Mechanical Engineering undergrad currently in his final year. He was part of the marketing team of ‘Teen Engine’ , a monthly youth magazine put together & published by students in Chennai, for a brief period. He was recently recruited into the Sales & Marketing department of Blue Star India Ltd. An avid reader, Vishnu’s interests include everything from Vietnamese Buddhism to Behavioral Economics.

Aravind K C | Lead - Biz
Aravind K C is a II year undergraduate student at National Institute of Technology- Karnataka, India pursuing B.Tech degree in Information Technology. His area of interest lies in business and entrepreneurship. He is an avid reader of magazines like Frontline, CSR . He enjoys solving Sudoku and playing Volleyball and is part of the NITK Volleyball team. He is also the member of Management Forum and E-FOREA Club at NITK.

Raveesh N Kote | Lead- Internships
Raveesh N Kote is a III year undergraduate student presently pursuing B.Tech in Information Technology at National Institute of Technology(NITK) , Surathkal. His areas of interest include Entrepreneurship, Politics , Business articles, Photography and Classical music.

Sharath Ramesh | Lead - Cul-Fests
Sharath Ramesh is a I year undergraduate student at National Institue of Technology, Karnataka, pursuing B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering. His area of interests includes debating, drawing and playing cricket. He was a memeber of the organizing committee for “Sparsh” an Inter College cultural fest of one of the famous colleges in Bangalore, with an whopping budget of Rs. 3.8 Lakhs. He aims to obtain an MBA degree from the elite IIMB and also start off an Event Management Company in the near future.

Prabhu Hari | Blogger - Geek
Prabhu Hari is a Final year Undergraduate student at St. Joseph’s College of Engineering, Chennai, pursuing B.Tech degree in Information Technology. His primary interests lies in innovation of any form and Robotics and Computer Science is what he loves to work on. Prominent among his projects and research papers are , he designed a Real Time Intelligent Post-Disaster Rescue Aid, which has been selected for presentation at the NASA sponsored International Space Symposium to be held at the International Space University, Strasbourg, France. He also designed and constructed the “Reconfigurable Moon Exploration System” which was adjudged one of the best designs at the International Moon Rover Design Contest conducted as part of SEDS International Conference ‘07. He has also designed and implemented a computer keyboard for the visually impaired.

Sneha Krishnan | Blogger
Sneha Krishnan is a 2nd year history major at Stella Maris College. Her academic interests lie in the study of the evolution of state and super-state authorities. She has written an independent research paper on Reservation policy in higher education in India and is very interested in the dynamics of social segmentation and hierarchy. She has also worked with the New Indian Express for a short while. She enjoys making genealogical charts.
