Contestants can be students pursuing undergraduate or graduate studies in any recognized University from across the world or interested individuals from the corporate sector.

Conquest is BITS-Pilani’s international business plan competition. Since its inception as an intra BITS idea competition in 2004, Conquest has grown to an international event drawing entries from teams with diverse backgrounds. Conquest has carved a niche among business plan competitions in the country and has received accolades from eminent people across the industry. Conquest has been a vital springboard for most of its finalists, who have gone on to start successful businesses and get recognized as promising young entrepreneurs in Asia.

In its sixth edition Conquest aims to become the foremost student run venture competition in the country. Conquest 2009 will consist of a new daylong conference in New Delhi and the original business plan competition.

efactor is a day long business conference with over 80 delegates from VC Firms, start-ups, industries and academia and over 500 paying attendees. The efactor Conference is a new business conference for entrepreneurs, investors, professionals and students. The aim of the conference is to discuss new business models, sunrise sectors and startups in various sectors of the Indian economy. There will be nine panels at the conference of which seven will be sector themed and the rest generic for entrepreneurs and investors.
