Organised by: Harvard Project for Asian and International Relations (HPAIR), a student-run organization at Harvard College.

August 19-21, 2008 – Academic conference
Dates are subject to change. Please check back frequently as deadlines approach.

For Whom:
Current students, recent graduates (out of school for no more than a year at the time of the conference), or accepted to and planning to attend an accredited institution within six months after the start of the conference. Exceptions to this will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

HPAIR, the Harvard Project for Asian and International Relations, annually organizes the largest student events in Asia and the largest Harvard events in Asia: the HPAIR academic and business conferences. HPAIR is one of the most established and respected student groups at Harvard.

The HPAIR 2008 Academic Conference mark HPAIR’s 17th year. The conference will take place from August 22 to 25, 2008 in Hanoi, Vietnam. HPAIR 2008 will continue the HPAIR’s long tradition of excellence by bringing together both undergraduate and graduate students and encouraging their meaningful interaction with business, academic, and political leaders to discuss issues relevant and influential to the Asia-Pacific area.

The registration fee for the Academic Conference is US$325, payable online after application decisions have been made.
