  2. I am the foreign students’ adviser at St Stephen’s College, Delhi, which has just signed an exchange agreement with Sciences-Po, Paris. We expect to send three students to Sc-Po, most probably for the one-year intenational programme. The exchange programme covers fees at Sc-Po but not living expenses. Could you send me information on the scholarships that would cover living expenses for our students?
