Project Shakti is HUL’s initiative to usher prosperity and uplift the standard of living in rural India.
The objectives of Project Shakti are to create
income-generating capabilities for underprivileged rural women by providing a small-scale enterprise opportunity, and to improve rural living standards through health and hygiene awareness.
Project Shakti is open to providing a limited number of non-stipendiary internships to students interested in working on Project Shakti initiatives in various states. Interested students are requested to send in their resumes to student at hllshakti dot com with an essay (not exceeding 2000 words) which explains why they are interested in Project Shakti, how they feel they can contribute and how an internship fits well with their long term career plans.
