CONNAISSANCE is the technical event of the mechanical engineering department of J.N.T.U College of Engineering Hyderabad. It is organised annually by the Mechanical Engineering Association(MEA) of the department. MEA is a student-teacher body of the department. MEA organises various eventswhich benefit the student community. They include Guest Lectures, Industrial visits, Quiz contests etc.

A conglomeration for the creative, the intellectuals and the inquisitive, Connaissance is THE platform for the engineer in you. With participation from over 450 colleges from across the country and nine events testing your prowess in technical aspects, this is an ideal place for all ignited minds.
