Supply Chain Management has progressed a long way since the days it was limited only to effective logistics management. Indeed, as various authors put it, today’s competitive scenario is more of competition between various supply chains as compared to anything else.

AAROHAN 2008 gives supply chain professionals across B-schools and industries a platform to hone their supply chain skills in the form case study concerning real life situations facing today’s industries. This year the automobile sector has been chosen as a basis for the case study. The case study encapsulates the various factors that concern today’s supply chain decisions.

Problems in supply chain management have more than one solution. Still, the quality that differentiates a supply chain professional from the other is his ability to see through the unseen.We hope that all you find equally challenging to solve the case study, as much as we had in developing it.
