The University of Dayton (UD) and Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA) are dedicated to creating ethical, mindful leaders aware of the global forces around them. The competition “Mindful Leadership” provides a platform for students to contribute meaningful ideas and initiatives to combat challenges faced in today’s business environment. UD and LIBA together bring this opportunity to Indian students to encourage and motivate them to be mindful leaders who are much more aware of the real-time issues around them. This competition will appeal to all students with an interest to create change, protect human rights, care for the environment, enforce global labour standards and anti-corruption practices.
